The conversion act and its blind spot — one direction is called care, the other becomes criminal (Dutch)
Ethical analysis of the Wet conversiehandelingen. The act codifies one direction of human change as a crime and the opposite direction as care, while the underlying mechanism — congruence between body and felt identity — is identical. The act punishes the conversation and protects the scalpel.

Why the debate isn't happening — the asymmetry of the rules (Dutch)
An analysis of five mechanisms that structurally undermine the transgender debate: asymmetric conversational ethics, one-sided policing of the Overton window, moralising instead of arguing, unequal cancellation risks, and institutional power that lets one side write the rules. With counter-argument and the question of where the debate then does take place — courts, state commissions and elections.
